About Us
The National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Central NJ chapter, is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering and uplifting Black women in the Central New Jersey community. Our organization provides a platform for advocacy, community outreach, and leadership development. We strive to create a supportive environment where Black women can embrace their identity, define their future, and make a positive impact on the world. Through various initiatives and programs, we aim to address social, economic, and health disparities while promoting unity and empowerment within our community.
We believe in the potential of all Black women to embrace their true selves, shape their destinies, and positively influence the world around them.
Our Mission
The Mission of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women Inc., Central New Jersey Chapter is to advocate on behalf of Black women and girls to promote leadership development and gender equity in the areas of health, education and economic empowerment.
Our Vision
The Vision of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. is to see Black women and girls live in a world where socio-economic inequity does not exist.
